Violence among youth is a national crisis. How do we help?
ICS staff have been working in and with communities for over thirty years. During this time we’ve learned invaluable lessons from our partners, lessons that we apply to contemporary problems.
Here are a sample of issues that we’ve worked on, and the materials we’ve created to help decrease violence among youth.
Problem: Perpetuation of violence among youth in American cities.
Solution: Working directly with city leaders to develop technical assistance materials and facilitating networks among city leaders through the National Forum on Youth Violence Prevention.
